Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how the Capybara Conquest Android game (the “App”, package identifier online.alpsproject.capyconquest) handles information. The App is published by HORIS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED under the Google Play developer name Alps project.

The App works offline and does not require an account or an internet connection.

2. Data collection and sharing

The App does not collect or transmit personal information, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, photos, audio, or gameplay information to the developer or to third parties. It contains no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social SDKs, or in-app purchases.

3. Information stored on your device

To remember your game between sessions, the App stores only the following information in its private application storage:

• game progress, including unlocked tiers;
• the state needed to resume an unfinished run;
• whether the introductory comic has been viewed; and
• music, sound, and vibration preferences.

This information is not personal data, is not sent to the developer, and is not used for advertising, profiling, or analytics.

Android or your device manufacturer may include private app data in a system backup, depending on your device and account settings. Such backup is controlled by the operating-system or backup provider, not by Capybara Conquest. You can manage system backup in your device settings.

4. Accelerometer and vibration

The App reads the device accelerometer while a game is in progress so that tilting the device controls movement. Sensor readings are processed in real time, are not recorded, and are not transmitted.

The App may use device vibration for gameplay feedback when vibration is enabled. It does not derive or store information from vibration use.

5. Third-party services

The App itself does not send information to third-party services. Google Play and your device's operating system may independently process information when you download, install, update, back up, or review the App. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and settings.

6. Retention and deletion

Local game information remains on your device until you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App. System backups may remain under the backup provider's retention rules and can be managed through your device or account settings.

Because the App has no user accounts and the developer receives and stores no App data on a server, there is no developer-held user data to retrieve or delete.

7. Security

Local game information is kept in Android's private application storage, which is isolated from other ordinary apps. The App does not transmit this information over a network. No device or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so keep your device and operating system up to date.

8. Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. It has no account creation, chat, social features, advertising, analytics, or forms for entering personal information.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy if the App's features or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.
